I have been a practicing Optometrist for 42 years! Experience is the best educator and my professional life has been full. I spent 2 years in the Army shoulder to shoulder with Opthalmology providing both Optometric and medical care. Shortly thereafter, I managed and owned many offices which provided multi-faceted opportunities for treatment of a wide variety of eye conditions. In 1994 I returned to school to further advance my education and credentials in NYS which now include the medical treatment of most eye diseases that do not require surgery. People with Diabetes, Glaucoma, Cataract, High Blood Pressure, and Eye Infections, require specialized examinations and treatment which are now available in my offices. I am credentialed and a participating provider for most Medical Insurance Companies. I posses the knowledge and confidence only experience can provide. There is no substitute for time in the field.
